Meeting Simplified Team Manager Requirements:


- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in hotel industry, business development, account management, or a related field

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a team of sales professionals

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

- Excellent Oral/Written English skills in business are preferred.
